Certified organic single vineyard (Spear Vineyards) in the Sta. Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County.
Winemaking
The grapes are picked at night. We destem them and allowed them to ferment with naturally occurring yeasts and microbes. Aged 11 months in neutral barrels.
