Certified Biodynamic Grenache & Syrah grapes, tartaric acid (occurs naturally in grapes), sulfites.
Vineyard
Certified Biodynamic single vineyard in Alisos Canyon, Santa Barbara County.
Winemaking
We crushed & soaked Grenache grapes on skins for ~4 hours, then pressed with whole-cluster Syrah. After settling, we transferred to barrels to ferment. Aged 10 months in 1 new American oak barrel, 5 neutral barrels.
